The Florida Youth Basketball Association will again
be hosting a fall travel basketball (season). The
first game will be early September , with the
season ending mid to late November Games will be played on Friday,
Saturday and Sunday
Age Groups:
15 Boys- 9th grade
14 Boys 8th graders
13 Boys 7th graders
12 Boys 6th graders
11 Boys 5th graders
10 Boys 4th graders
14/15 Girls 8th grade
13 Girls 7th grade
12 Girls 6th grade
11 Girls 5th grade
10 Girls-4th grade
The cost of the league is $795 per team. The $795
covers referee costs, court rental costs, etc. Must
have proof of USSSA insurance. Current insurance
expires August 31, 2008. At time of submitting $795
we will require proof of USSSA Insurance and team
membership. Each coach needs to show proof of
American Coaches Association Membership
If any team forfeits a game they will be charged $50
for each game forfeited.
Deadlines:
In order to participate in this league, you are
required to:
1. Team Registration in to the league by
July 25 must be Fax to 561-479-2513
2. Have your money in to the league by
August 10
(NO EXCEPTIONS!)
3. Have a signed coachs agreement in to the league
by August 10
5. Have your roster (both players and parents
must sign) in to the league by August 20 (
see league rules for adding players)
6. Birth Certificates and Report cards by August 20
7. All coaches will be required to have their team books
at each game.
